// my brand

Architecture that survives audits and scale.

“ I design compliance-grade, configurable enterprise platforms that help pharmaceutical and manufacturing organisations go digital with confidence — and I stay with them from the first requirement to the final handover.
01

Who I am

A Solution Architect, Product Owner and Digital Transformation Leader who started as a software engineer in June 2008 and grew, inside one core team, into the person who owns the whole solution.

02

What I do

Architect and deliver enterprise ERP, regulatory-compliance and digital-manufacturing platforms — web, hybrid and No-Code / Low-Code — with AI-enabled workflow intelligence on top.

03

Who I do it for

Regulated pharma plants preparing for USFDA / GMP audits, and multi-plant manufacturers that need their processes, machines and people on one dependable system.

04

Why trust me

Eighteen years, 50+ enterprise implementations, 5000+ users enabled, 20+ pharma units digitized — delivered with end-to-end SDLC ownership and a team I have grown with since day one.

// signature strengths

What sets me apart

⟲

End-to-end ownership

From order finalization and techno-functional consulting to architecture, development, deployment, client delivery and commercial closure — one accountable owner for the whole journey.

⬢

Compliance by design

21 CFR Part 11, CSV, audit trails, electronic signatures and data integrity are built into the architecture — which is why audits become hassle-free instead of stressful.

◈

Configurable platforms

Reusable components and No-Code / Low-Code thinking cut development effort by 60–70%, so each new client needs configuration, not a rebuild.

⇄

Business ↔ technology bridge

A techno-functional mindset: I translate plant-floor and QA realities into functional specifications and back into software that people actually use.

⬡

Scale across plants

Multi-plant, multi-client rollouts — 5000+ users, 20+ pharma units and 35+ business units — on architecture that stays consistent as it grows.

✦

Intelligence & knowledge sharing

NOVA, an agentic AI assistant, brings proactive alerts and NLP access to SOPs — and I pass on what I learn through training sessions for 1,000+ people.

Eighteen years, one story of building

I have spent my whole career with one core organisation and leadership team — AutoVue Electronics (Pune) Pvt. Ltd. from June 2008, then ICon Labs, Pune from January 2021. That continuity is the story: each chapter below built directly on the one before.

How my craft evolved

  1. Windows business apps
  2. ERP & CRM systems
  3. Machine & barcode integration
  4. Reusable product library
  5. 21 CFR Part 11 hybrid
  6. Pure-web e-Logbook

June 2008

Day One — from degree to delivery

With a Bachelor of Computer Applications behind me (2005–2008, Shivaji University, distinction at 73%), I joined AutoVue Electronics (Pune) Pvt. Ltd. as a software engineer. Everything started with a real customer problem: take a business process and make it run on a computer. I built Windows business applications on the Microsoft .NET stack with SQL Server and MySQL — and quickly saw the gap between what classrooms teach and what a software team actually needs. That observation still shapes how I build and how I teach.

What I built
  • Windows business applications for real customers
  • Database designs on MS SQL Server and MySQL
  • First customer-specific workflows
What it taught me
  • Turning a business process into working software
  • The discipline of delivering, not just coding
  • The college-to-industry skills gap

Automobile & mechanical manufacturing

ERP Builder — owning a customer's process

I grew from writing modules to owning entire processes. For automobile and mechanical manufacturers I architected and delivered customized ERP and CRM systems — 18 engagements in all. In nine of them I carried the full SDLC with techno-functional ownership; in others I worked alongside integrators as a consultant, translating customer processes into functional specifications. My largest rollout covered 20 internal manufacturing units across four plants for Radix Electronics, serving 132+ users.

What I built
  • Sales, CRM and procurement management
  • MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
  • Quality management and MIS reports on time, quality & cost
  • Store inventory with FIFO valuation
  • Project-based manufacturing, job-contractor and HR payroll modules
What it taught me
  • Architecting for multi-plant complexity

Where software meets the machine

Shop-floor Integration

Software gets real when it talks to machines. I wrote drivers and DLLs to capture machine data and store it in databases, then built tracking systems on top. At Tata Batteries, Ranjangaon, a battery tracking system with barcode printing, scanning and machine integration ran across three production lines at 9,000+ batteries a day. At Enkei Wheels, a barcode-based wheel tracking system automated data collection. And I developed and implemented a CMMS for Bajaj Auto's Waluj plant through Nahar Integrated System Services.

What I built
  • Drivers & DLLs for third-party hardware and software
  • Battery tracking with barcode writing & scanning
  • Wheel tracking with machine integration
  • CMMS with maintenance schedules
What it taught me
  • Real-time production data capture
  • Reliability when a factory line can't stop
  • Integration as a core architecture skill

From projects to products

Thinking like a Product Owner — SmartWinApp

After enough projects I noticed I was solving the same problems again and again. So I created SmartWinApp — my own copyrighted VB.Net system library for rapid application development, with ready-made controls for FDA 21 CFR Part 11, for VB.Net, MySQL and SQL Server applications. It minimised repetitive technical work and made compliance a reusable component instead of a custom effort. This was the seed of everything I later did with configurable and No-Code platforms.

What I built
  • A reusable RAD library with Part 11-ready controls
  • A faster, more consistent way to deliver customer systems
What it taught me
  • Reusability beats rebuilding
  • Product ownership and roadmap thinking
  • Compliance as a component, not an afterthought

Pharmaceutical industry

Pharma & Compliance — the e-Logbook years

My deepest specialisation began with the pharmaceutical industry. I delivered 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, GMP-guided systems to some of the largest pharma companies. The flagship was the e-Logbook — an “All-in-One” configurable application covering all departments and annexures. It first shipped as a hybrid Windows + web system, then evolved into a pure web application. I delivered it across Cipla (units in Goa, Kurkumbh and Sikkim), Golden Cross, Medispray, Meditab, Glenmark and Rubicon, and added e-Scheduler, SOP management, document repository, data centre and reconciliation systems around it — 31 engagements in total.

Leadership — Head of Software Division, ICon Labs

In January 2021 I stepped into a bigger role: Department Head of the software division at ICon Labs, Pune — an internal transition, with the same core team and leadership I had grown alongside since 2008. The job widened from building systems to leading them: Solution Architect, Product Owner and Digital Transformation Leader. I now drive the full journey — requirements, techno-functional consulting, architecture, development, deployment, client communication and commercial closure — using TOGAF, ArchiMate and Zachman-aligned design with Agile governance.

What I own
  • End-to-end SDLC governance & delivery
  • Solution architecture & product strategy
  • Team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Client communication through commercial closure

The platform & AI era

Platforms & Intelligence — No-Code, e-Scheduler, NOVA

With years of repeated patterns behind me, I architected a No-Code / Low-Code platform for pharma compliance applications. Dynamic annexure creation and workflow configuration without writing code reduced development effort by 60–70% through reusable component architecture. On top of it I built the AI-enabled e-Scheduler (CMMS) with an intelligent scheduler, and NOVA — an agentic AI assistant that sends proactive alerts for overdue activities, equipment cleaning status and deviations, issues schedule pre-intimations, and lets users query SOPs, documents and FAQs in natural language. The result: real-time OEE visibility and stronger audit traceability across plants.
